Job Description - This is a regional role with one of the most well-known brands in the luxury retail space. This person would be managing HR function end to end for India & Middle East market.

My Client s one of the most well-known brands in the "Luxury Retail" space. They are a 100-year-old company globally and have the presence in 50+ locations as of now. They are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory, and are currently looking at recruiting a Manager HRBP - India and the Middle East, based out of their head office in Gurgaon.
Description
Reporting into the Head HR(India & Middle East), you will be responsible for:
- Managing end to end talent engagement initiatives to ensure high engagement levels & partnering with business leaders to implement HR strategy
- Partnering with the senior stakeholders and management while overseeing change management and integration projects across the region
- Leading various performance management system initiatives like an implementation of annual appraisal cycle & mid-term appraisal cycle at an organization level
- Leading strategy and implementation of various rewards and recognition systems for the region including sales incentive plans
- Leading the talent acquisition strategy for the region with an analytical approach towards the same
- Manage and lead the team to align with the growth plans of the organization
Profile
Candidate should come with at least 8 years of experience in the HRBP/Generalist space. Candidates from retail/FMCG/Hospitality industry would be preferred. Furthermore, the candidates should come with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
