HR Business Partner - Retail Industry (7-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and execute all HR related activities- hiring, filing and organizing documents, planning pay-plan structure, appraisals and benefits and maintenance of employee records

- Set systems in place around screening and hiring the right people (which would include selection and shortlisting of candidates, screening, evaluation and assessment, reference and background checks)

- Strategize on hiring needs and plan HR operations accordingly. This includes analyzing and coordinating with various departments to figure out the need for a specific 'job position' and accordingly creating job descriptions as per the requirement

- Plan and strategize employee retention strategies

- Prepare orientation and induction plans for the new employees so as to make them familiar with the working of the organization

- Frequent auditing of the policies as per the organizational requirement, government rules and amendments

- Ensure timely implementation of the periodic and annual appraisal process

- Implement employee benefits programs and inform employees of the benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends

- Identify training needs and accordingly planning and implementing of effective training programs

- Manage and monitor the training budget for the organization

- Help the organization in maintaining a safe, healthy and chaos-free work environment by eliminating any stressful and negative factors

- Strategize on long term growth of employees and their wellbeing

- Manage the work of associates in this vertical to ensure smooth functioning

- Other related tasks as necessary
