Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Champion employee engagement, set up employee engagement principles and practices to ensure positive employee engagement and communications are in place
- Lead the action planning arising from Associate Insight Survey (engagement survey), program-manage the survey execution and support in driving initiatives to help achieve engagement targets
- Create the Retail Systems communication framework to drive culture
- Program manage initiatives to drive company's leadership principles, business vision and charter among the associate and first level manager population
- Create a structured methodology and program manage the delivery of soft skills and functional training for associate population in Retail Services.
- Conduct pulses/HR skip meetings with associates and use data to highlight risks to associate engagement and morale
- Provide metrics and reporting for engagement, training and other associate specific data

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
- The optimum candidate should possess an understanding of retail teams and how to grow and develop retail leaders
- Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of employment laws
- Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
Basic Qualifications :
- 3 to 5 years experience in the areas of HR, L&D or employee engagement
- Post graduate degree in HR from a premiere college
- Strong communication skills, ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on approach
- Success in creating, driving and program managing effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
- Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions independently
Preferred Qualification :
- Proven understanding of the role and functions of a human resource office within a corporate operations structure
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to ensure that programs are driven as per plan.
- Exposure to talent analytics - Ability to create reports and analyze employee metrics
- Able to travel, as appropriate.
