Objective :
- The HR business partner (HRBP) position will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
- The HRBP will serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues.
- The successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent.
- The HRBP assesse and anticipate HR-related needs.
- Communicate needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP will seek to develop integrated solutions.
- The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
- The HRBP will maintain an effective level of business literacy about its mid-range plans, its culture and its competition.
Essential Functions :
- Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes
- Build a strong business relationship with the internal client
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
- Facilitate the management team to bring best solutions for employees
- Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive change in the people management
