- Implement comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.

- Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement

- Foster a positive, innovative work environment that supports creativity and collaboration.

- Develop initiatives that boost employee engagement and job satisfaction.

- Performance Management

- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring it is effective in driving high performance and supporting employee growth.

- Facilitate regular feedback mechanisms and performance reviews. Compensation and Benefits

- Manage the compensation and benefits plan to ensure it is competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business strategy.

Qualifications:

- Administration, or a related field.

- Extensive knowledge of HR functions, including talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and labor laws.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
