Qualifications:
- A minimum of 12-15 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business
- Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of HR functions, including talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and labor laws.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
