HR Business Partner - Retail

HR Business Partner for prestigious retail company

Based in Bangalore, you will be reporting to the HR Director. You will be tasked with implementing and coordinating the most effective HR policies and procedures throughout your lines of business. Your responsibilities will include working with the HR team to implement the HR strategy, representing human resources to business leaders, ensuring that the senior management teams and the heads of HR are kept aligned in regards to client and employee issues. You will be in responsible for actively leading this company's employee engagement schemes. You will be tasked with pairing with the talent acquisition partners to manage recruitment activities. One of your responsibilities will include working in proximity to talent and organization development in order to help integrate the succession management process and performance management.

Generalist

- Providing proactive and business focussed advice to Department Heads

- Implement and review best practice policies

- Advise on and manage the performance review process,

- Provide support, advice and development to junior members of the HR team

Recruitment :

- Advise Department Heads on organisational and resource planning

- Manage agency relationships

Employee Relations :

- Advising Department Heads and line managers on employee relations issues

- Managing absence, including analysis of trends

- Ensuring effective and relevant communications

- Inductions and exit interviews

Reward and Benefit : 

- Work with HRD to ensure that they provide a competitive reward and benefits package

- Completing the benefit renewal process, ensuring that the benefits are priced competitively

- Responsible for overseeing and checking payroll on a monthly basis

Qualifications and Experience :

- MBA from a premiere institute

- Personal Attributes

- Ability to build strong relationships

- Ability to use initiative and provide pro-active,

- Ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload

- Strong IT skills including Excel and HR Systems experience
