Responsibilities:
- Partner with store managers and leadership teams to develop and implement effective
- HR strategies that support recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
- Lead the recruitment process for retail positions, including attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Manage employee relations for assigned stores, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle within your assigned stores, including onboarding, performance management, and training and development.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store associates, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay current on best practices in retail HR and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience.
