Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings 3. Continuous building up of various sourcing strategies 4. Manage external partnership with colleges, job boards and participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company 5. Prepare and review annual recruitment budgeting 6. Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans 7. Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates) 8. Analyze recruitment metrics, like the source of hire and time-to-hire 9. Provide direction, guidance and support to subordinates/peer/colleague to help them discharge their duties effectively. 10. Monitor the performance of subordinates on a continuous basis to identify key performers and mentor and coach them effectively.
