We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRBP for retail (Fashion Industry).

Responsibilities:

- An HR Business Partner is a professional who provides HR guidance, analyzes metrics, resolves employee relations issues, and works with management to improve work relationships and productivity. They act as consultants, aligning HR practices with business goals.

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the retail industry.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the best possible fit for each role.

- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

- Oversee HR operations including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits etc.

Job Location: Gurgaon and Mumbai

CTC : Upto 50 LPA

Experience : 10+ Years
