Primary responsibilities:
- Coordinate with recruitment team to ensure complete Manpower Fulfillment.
- Analyze manpower efficiency across various regions and take corrective action measures to maintain the desired efficiency level
- Analyze and report HR information to support the development of HR strategies and solutions
- Partner with the Senior Business Stake Holders to align the HR Agenda with the Business Goals.
- Drive Strategic initiatives like Digitization, Inclusion & Diversity, Performance Management R&R
- Ensure Engagement of Talent through levels & contribute to make business a Great Place to Work.
- Work on Attrition & retention framework for the business, identify trend analysis and propose & execute solution.
- Design interventions that ensure corrective measures with reference to the gaps found in various Employee Engagement surveys and bring effective organizational change.
- Provide support to Operations team in dealing with employee relations, disciplinary action, grievances, absence management, performance management and exit management.
- Ensure employee queries are resolved by organizing Employee Helpdesk on monthly basis.
- Regularly Provide performance management guidance to the Regional teams, ensuring cascading of the same to the Store teams (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development & disciplinary action).
- Implement & maintain all Standard Operating Procedures of H.R across the region.
- Ensure HR Audits are regularly conducted at the stores, highlight the issues and propose their resolution.
