Role: HR Business Partner Objective of the Role: The key purpose of the HR Business Partner is to provide strategic arm to Business Units in meeting their day to day HR requirements. In this role, the HR Business Partner will liaise with the business leaders and managers to introduce specific HR initiatives relevant to business and recommend HR solutions aligned to business objectives. The core HR work includes, but is not limited to, maximizing people capability, providing change leadership, managing end to end employee lifecycle, supporting day-to-day operations as well as proactively engaging in process improvements. HR Business Partner is expected to collaborate with other HR Functional Leaders, OD, and CoE to identify and influence changes that will bring improvements to people practices, systems and processes. This role is also expected to drive project management for various HR initiatives including management training and development, succession planning, policy review and implementation. Identify, analyze, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR interventions. - Change management - for changes that have any people implications. Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction. - Develop and nurture a professional relationship with peers, colleagues, business and senior leaders and build effective employee engagement strategy. Create opportunities for employees to build professional relationships and provide career mentorship to employees. - Serve as point of contact for employee queries, work with appropriate stake holders for resolution, ensure closure and enhance employee experience in the organization. Ensure HR transactions are executed, create process excellence and align with standard organization practices - Manage available resources effectively and promote HR capabilities. Collaborate effectively with all stake holders and leadership team within the organization. - As this is an employee centric Business Operations role, we are looking for a dynamic individual who would walk that extra mile to bring customer delight. - Drive recruiting philosophy for client business with focus on referrals and internal sourcing - Provide compensation support on salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling - Provide metrics and reporting for engagement, training and other associate specific data
