HR Business Partner - Real Estate

1. Leading & managing the people & change management agenda as HRBP.

2. HRBP for All Customer Interfacing Functions (eg: Sales, BD, Liaison, CRM, Marketing, Admin, HR, Retail & Commercial) ~ 450 odd managers and staff.

3. Ensuring Talent Aquisition needs are met on time and in full for the internal clients.

4. Driving People Excellence Projects in the Sales & CRM functions.

5. Productivity Analysis and workforce Success models and implementation

6. Workforce Planning & skills inventory / gap analysis & mitigation via Talent Reviews. Leads the TRC for the said functions.

7. Ensures appreciation and embedding of Key HR Agenda's across the said functions.

8. Shares responsibility of Goal and KRA delivery for the internal clients.

9. Plays an active role as a member of the management team of the internal clients.

10. He/ she advocates & supports discussions and transfers best practices from different functions in the organization or outside. Takes over the leadership in the people management area and acts as the facilitator for the management team.

11. Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.

12. Designs and maintains organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves

13. Works closely with COE Teams to build out delevlopmental interventions which are closely linked to desired outcomes of workforce/productivity/TRC.

14. Influence Succession Plans and key talent action plans.

15. Builds/Develops/mentors & manages his/her support team.

16. Is a key critical Sr HR Resource and will work closely with the HR Head on Organisational Change initiative projects
