A multinational Publishing house is looking for :  Role: HRBP (Contractual Role)  Experience - 4+ years.  Nature & Duration of Employment: Contractual ( 8-9 months)  Location - Noida  Mandate: Seeking candidate who can coordinate pieces of training and another day to day HR Activities. 60 % training 40% HR Generalist.  Job Description :   - Lead the Learning & Development ( Training) COE and also provide Business Partner support.   - Design & drive employee orientation, development, and training.   - Establish and monitor the progress of the in-house employee training system including preparation of a training calendar and new employee orientation.   - Measurement of training impact and ensuring feedback received to be incorporated in future training sessions.   - To assist in the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants.   - To assist with the development of and monitoring the spending of the corporate training budget.   - To support on various HR projects.   - To prepare and maintain such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and submit periodic reports to the management as necessary or requested.   - Assume other responsibilities as assigned by the Head- HR
