Job Description : We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 7 to 10 years of proven experience in HR and people management to join our team in Mumbai. The HRBP will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving talent management, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within our organization.

- Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support the BU's growth and development.
- Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement retention strategies to nurture and grow our high-performing teams. Run effective and meaningful engagement activities.
- Performance Management: Design and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms to drive employee growth and development.- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor and handle complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and solutions while ensuring legal compliance and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Organizational Development: Partner with leaders to assess, design, and implement organizational development initiatives, including training, coaching, and change management programs.- HR Analytics: Utilise HR data and metrics to drive insights and make data-driven decisions, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Work with D&I lead to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion and extend support in driving initiatives within the BU- HR Projects: Lead or participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management
- Masters degree in Human Resources Management from a good B-school
- 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a HRBP role.
- Strong knowledge of COE functions like, Talent Management, Performance Management, etc.- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders.- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- A high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
