- Fill Ratio - Actual Vs Budgeted headcount adherence of fill rate at stores
- Compliance to Budget - Actual Vs Budgeted adherence of manpower costs
- No of SM hired and retained in the past one year Employee Life Cycle Management:30%
- Employee On Boarding through HOT - As per Existing KRAs
- Employee Engagement at Stores - Performance against objectives as detailed earlier
- Exit Management Process - As per existing KRAs Performance Management & Career Progression:20%
- ROCK & RAP - Performance against objectives
