- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resource related matters, policies interface strategically with the assigned business group for the purpose of human strategically development
- Review and analyze business specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance
- Plan and conduct business group specific activities provide inputs related to employee relations issues while collaborating with relevant stakeholders
- Proactively serves as a trusted advisor and act as primarily point of contact to business groups
- Prepare track and maintain data
