This company is part of a small Indian Group, which has 12 different companies in varied industries.
The role is a lead HR role for this company with 60 CR turnover and 220 employees.
The role reports to CEO and has a dotted line reporting to the Business HR head. It has one, off-roll employee reporting to it.
First preference will be given to people on a career break and has relevant exposure. People who cannot join in maximum 2 months, should not apply.
- This role would be handling end-to-end responsibility for HR management with respect to the company. The role of HR Manager in the organization includes accountability for all people-related decisions (e.g. hiring, salary, performance rewards, definition/realignment of roles, transfers) with line managers and Management. Thus, the HR role is expected to build a great depth of business understanding, relationships with employees and managers and detailed knowledge of people's roles and performance & competence requirements.
