HR Business Partner - Plant

Plant HRBP - Global MNC

Looking to hire Plant HRBP for a leading Manufacturing set up in Hyderabad

Core role will be towards core business partnering, Talent acquisition of Blue collar and white collar employees.

As a plant senior manager HR he would be responsible for plant and employee safety

Should be well aware of certifications / legal guidelines for local industries

Responsible for -

- Business Partnering

- HR/IR & Admin activities

- Contract Labour Mgmt

- Statutory Compliance - factory act

- Expertise in formulating and implementing HR SOPs

- Talent Acquisition

- HR Operations

- Training & Development;

- Performance Management

- General Administration

- Statutory compliances and industrial relations.

Candidate Profile :

- MBA / MSW in HR with 8-12 years of experience, similar mix of strategic HRBP, Strong business partnering with IR & ER experience

- Should be conversant in Telugu language

- MNC exposure preferred

- Industry background - Manufacturing, Electrical, Electronics, Automotive,textile industry, etc.

- Plant size - should have handled more than 1000 manpower,

- Turnover of the plant - Should have handled min 500 cr turnover plant HR function

- Blue collar hiring experience ( on roll & of roll ) in large volume should be there

- 6 days working and alternate Saturday off
