Key Responsibilities:
- This is a new position in the organisation.
- This position reports to the CHRO and will involve working closely with senior stakeholders in the organization.
- The position will be responsible for all aspects of HR for the given function and ensure they are aligned with the business goals.
- Responsibilities will include Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, Employee Engagement & Communication, HR Operations, Performance Management, Organization Design, Learning & Development, Compensation and Benefits.
- The individual needs to have proven work experience as an HR business partner, excellent communication and people management skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA from a Premier institute will be preferred.
- Around 12 -15 years' work experience.
