1. Led the entire recruitment process - manpower requirement forecasting, campus participation, onboarding, induction.

2. Lead analytics on hiring and attrition to support business with insights and recommendations.

Performance, Reward & Engagement:

1. Led implementation of the quarterly performance incentive program / Recognition Program for frontend sales employees.

2. Facilitated mid and annual performance reviews.

3. Track and Assess HR Chatbot platform for employee feedback and pulse.

Talent Management:

1. Conducted competency-based interviews & assessment centres for internal promotions at a national level.

2. Responsible for Strategic Manpower Planning and Management to enable business.

Working Days= 5 Working days + 2 alternate Saturdays.
