Job Description : - Collaborating with Business Heads for manpower planning, resourcing, deploying expansion, retention planning and risk mitigation and providing timely solutions on people matters - Liaising with Business Head, Talent Management &amp; L&amp;D Team for skill mapping, competency building, training calendar and training delivery on attitude directly impacting organizational growth - Sourcing, screening and shortlisting the candidates through multiple channels like portals, campus, vendors, referrals, headhunting for attracting the top talent as per planned budgets - Managing induction activities and acting as Trainer Key Champion for conducting Innovation Training Workshops - Formulating, implementing and articulating HR Policies &amp; Processes as per changing business environment - Advising the management team on critical issues such as culture, productivity, costs, talent and employee management trends through HR metrics and reporting - Designing KRAs, Goal Sheets and fostering the performance-driven culture through measurable KRAs; facilitating midyear &amp; annual appraisals, promotions, confirmations and transfers along with documentation - Assessing HiPots / Key Talent and effectuating talent/leadership development plans through development centres, individual development plan, succession planning, focused training programs and senior leadership forums - Organizing employee engagement activities, 1-1 discussions, pulse sessions, voice of internal customer initiatives, ensuring prompt resolution of grievances and maintaining cordial employee relations - Supporting HR Head &amp; Business Head on compensation planning, key hires fitments, annual salary revision, variable pay calculation, salary structure, incentive scheme, communication &amp; internal parity - Ensuring the compliance across HR processes with internal &amp; local regulatory policies Highlights: - Contributed to various organization design initiatives - Creation of Growth Units, integration of seed business, front end value chain, supply chain integration, creation of performance units to drive an effective organization structure for the growth of the organization. - Built and maintained relations with best national institutes like IIMA, Symbiosis, Agriculture universities etc. through Campus Engagement Program - Successfully launched VoC tool as part of Customer Centricity initiative, ROEC as part of productivity exercise, Competency Framework as part of Capability Development Framework and People Review process. - Strengthened internal controls through effective communication processes and interventions on an on-going basis - Contributed to the digitization across HR process through HRIS roll-out - Organization Culture Survey, assessing employee experience Experience :- 4 + Years of experience in manufacturing company handling HR operations .
