HR Business Partner - Pharma (2-7 yrs)
Looking for a HR Executive/Business Partner to handle a business division for end to end HR support.
- Pharma/Biotech/Medical Devices experience preferred
- Should have handled a generalist role with a minimum manpower support of 150 employees
- Full time MBA/PGDM in HR mandatory
- The role would involve recruitment, training support, IR handling, PMS, query handling etc for the business unit in addition to HR projects
