Role explanation :
The implementation of the people strategy for your business unit(s) and its connection to business outcomes fall under your purview as a People Operations Business Partner.
As a business unit's HR partner, you will serve as the workers' initial point of contact (s).
1. Work together with HR leaders to implement the unit's People Operations policies
2. Work with business organisations to deliver the People Operations Program.
3. In charge of offering strategic and real-time staff engagement and management.
4. Uses fundamental human resource principles to assist the organisation in addressing its problems and challenges.
5. Conducts data and documentation analyses to persuade staff members and supervisors about ER issues
6. Makes decisions about the unit's top priorities in terms of human operations using data, reports, and analysis.
7. Offers mentoring and assistance to entry-level managers.
8. To improve employee experience, triage is conducted across all People Operations areas.
9. Promotes organisational advocacy among employees by conveying and directing organisational messages.
10. Take responsibility for important personnel indicators like performance and productivity, employee retention, and increases in eNPS and Glassdoor evaluations.
11. Be in charge of the effective implementation of all People Operations processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance evaluation, career advancement, teamwork, and grievance handling.
