Designation: HR Business Partner

Experience: 6+ years of work experience in HRBP, HR Analytics and HR Projects Role

Location : Gurgaon

Industry Preference: BFSI

Job Role:

- Identifying HR priorities from corporate and departmental strategies, translating business requirements into effective HR practises, and delivering people solutions that are aligned with business goals.

- Providing important HR efforts across the HR spectrum, including workforce management planning, restructuring, resourcing, personnel management, compensation and remuneration, and so on

- Employee relations, employee engagement, and performance management are all aspects of performance management.

- HR strategies and solutions are being developed. ensuring that all internal and external

- External reporting obligations are met through the provision of management information and HR returns.

- Keeping a clear understanding and delivering current knowledge about the HR's legal framework; creating HR policies in accordance with current regulations and staying up to date on modern HR procedures and best practises practice.assisting in the development and implementation
