Introduction :
Maanaveeya Development & Finance Private Limited (Maanaveeya) was incorporated in August 2004, got NBFC License from Central Bank / RBI in June 2005 and commenced operations. The organization is registered as an NBFC in the country and operates throughout India. Maanaveeya provides loans that stimulate sustainable development. The project should benefit the poor and disadvantaged people by creation of employment.
Maanaveeya's lending Model encompasses of Bulk Lending to MFIs, FI-SME and loans to Renewable Energy and other development projects. They have set up a strong compliance culture, compliant as per Reserve Bank of India Prudential norms, Company Law 2013 and Tax regulations of the country.

The partner would be a key member towards walking Maanaveeya to the next phase and would lead the rescaling of the organization. The HR Business Partner India is the first point of contact for the team based in India and provides HR advice on organizational effectiveness, resource planning, leadership and performance development, employee related matters, and capability building apart from core HR functions.
They would closely work with MD and Global HR manager for developing and implementing an effective HR Strategy for Maanaveeya.
Roles and Responsibilities :- Overall HR operations
- HR strategy, policies and procedures
- Change management
- Internal advisory and collaborations

Must Haves : - The incumbent must have an academic degree in HR, business management, law or change management.
- The incumbent must have a minimum five years of working experience in a human resource and must have done hands on execution of HR policies and procedures.
- They must have good general knowledge of employment conditions, culture and labor law in India.
- They must possess strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills.
- The incumbent must be proficient in both verbal and written English.
Preferable :
- Prior work experience in the financial institution space, more particularly with an NBFC or Bank is preferred.
