Job Responsibilities:
Design and deployment of key compensation programs across the Organization.
- Market Benchmarking, Budgeting, Financial impact analysis and Scenario planning to evaluate optimal solutions and implementation plans
- Analytics and reporting with a view to capture business impact, and identify strategic interventions/ areas of improvement
- HR- Generalist, Recruitment, Payroll and Performance Models for Various group functions
- Organisational Development interventions
- Designing and Implementation of Recruitment strategies and processes
- Employee Engagement and Employee communication
- On-boarding & Induction of management trainees, handle the procedure for the identified trainees post selection till deputation to the respective branches
- Handling the sourcing, selection, offer-rollouts, negotiation & post acceptance follow-ups for all the selected candidates.
- Recruitment for (Wholesale platform)
- Group Functions includes recruitments for shared services functions for all entities of Financial services Accounts, Treasury, Audit, Legal, Compliance & Secretarial
- SPOC for Campus recruitments for all the entities of initiating Campus empanelment with B-Schools & institutes offering professional courses.
- On-boarding & Induction of management trainees, handle the procedure for the identified trainees post selection till deputation to the respective branches
- Handling the sourcing, selection, offer-rollouts, negotiation & post acceptance follow-ups for all the selected candidates.
Salary Range: 5 - 10 LPA
