HR Business Partner - MSME

Purpose of the role :

As a HR Partner for businesses, provide support and leadership to drive the HR & ER strategy and ensure seamlessness and consistent employee experience on people processes and foster positive cultural change.

Responsibilities :

Talent and Leadership :

- Partner with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to allocated HC and ensure timely hiring against vacancies

- Critically evaluate external talent to ensure right hire - cultural evaluation and potential evaluation
