Location : Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi - NCR, Mumbai

Regions : East India, North India, And West India.

Key Responsibilities :

Business understanding : Understands the business agenda (org & function level) to partner with teams and deliver people agenda in line with business priorities.

Solid stakeholder engagement : Deeply engage with various stakeholders to identify significant opportunities and translate into projects, aligned to the business objective/growth plan for the year and provide on time and quality solution.

Customer Centric Approach : To identify and support the business to successfully deliver credible, customer focused, cost-effective and innovative recruitment solutions using a range of techniques.

Resourcing : In collaboration with HR colleagues develop a resourcing strategy and innovative, timely and cost effective best practice solutions to enable the organization to meet its objectives.

Competencies Required :

- Minimum 5 years of experience.

- MBA in HR from Tier 1 college is compulsory.

- Domain experience in FMCG, eCommerce or Telecom sector.
