Job Description:
HRBP as the name denotes has to closely work with the top management team in aligning the business objectives with both the employee and the management. Reporting heads include Global VP HR, Senior Director HBRP is responsible for the oversight of the overall HR function within the designated business units. Ready for innovation and actively seeking issues involved through out of box thinking strategies and also adapting industry related employee practices for the best of organization as well as employees growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deal with business units allocated in terms of Employee Retention, Employee Motivation and change management.
- Ensuring timely service delivery of the products and services
- To partner with Top management team in facilitating the business plan
- Implementing the business plan in terms of HR Practices within the organization.
- He needs to build long-term, trusting relationships with clients and with HR colleagues
- He must act as a single point of contact for all the internal clients.
- Project Management for large cross functional change management policies
Desired Skills:
1. Post Graduate in HR related Course
2. A minimum 9yrs of prior experience in the HR field
3. Excellent Communication Skills
4. Good Excel Knowledge
