Our Client : A Leading medical Devices MNC
Major KRA's :
- Be the prime HR contact for Employees for all employee queries, people processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Facilitate, coordinate and support the company's Human Resources policies, procedures aligning with standard process, company culture, vision and mission
- Provide comprehensive HR support by consulting and business partnering with line managers
- Partners with other HR functions (C&B, Training etc) to develop programs to meet business objectives.
- Works with Talent Acquisition function to build a strong organizational talent pipeline based on approved headcount and cost budget.
- Manages and involve in staffing review, performance management process for BU, analyze and suggest employee training and development based on performance management result.
- Support the HR Business Partner in HR initiatives across the business
Ideal Candidate : At least 5 years HR professional experience in a HR generalist or a business partnering role. (experience of working with a multinational company will be an added advantage)
