1. Talent Acquisition for Sales, Programming 7 Other Support functions - Finance, Marketing, HR, Tech etc.. Campus Hiring, Employee Referral
2. Performance Mgt - Quarterly OKR completion, Quality Audit on the Goals, Rating Calibrations etc.
3. Employee Engagement through Employee Connect sessions, Regular Leadership connect sessions, Career Progression etc
4. Learning & Development using the Learning App and its MIS for the dashboards
5. Fun at work & Virtual engagement for celebrations and announcements
6. Exit process for the employee
7. Basic Data management to create dashboards etc
Salary offered: 12-14LPA
