HRBP (Premier B School Only)

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is an integral part of the HR team and our organization. In this role, the HRBP will provide the foundational support and functional expertise that drives proactivity and results across a variety of our Practice areas.

- The HRBP will handle generalist responsibilities including onboarding of new associates, employee relations, training and development, performance & talent management, recruitment workflow, people metrics/reporting, partnering with line management on HR and business needs and special projects. The HRBP will also work closely with the Sr Vice President of Human Resources to create and drive talent and business strategy across the Practice areas.

- Develop, implement, and facilitate training and development initiatives to meet the specific business needs of the organization

- Participate in the design, implementation, and management of compensation initiatives to ensure that compensation practices are linked in the overall strategy to attract, reward, and retain top talent

- Drive the annual performance and planning and review (PPR) process, including calibration of talent across a variety of different Practice groups, maintaining Performance system.

- Drive the principles of meritocracy with business leaders in all talent decisions, including promotions, transfers, compensation adjustments, etc.

- Understands the culture(s) and true service context across the team and how this helps or hinders progress.

- The HRBP creates strong relationships with all the key stakeholders and clients within their matrix, including wider HR team, OD, senior team, operational managers,

- Practices and demonstrates a high level of technical HR knowledge, skill and expertise, including legal, theory, and tools. Uses HR networks to upskill self and the teams they work with.
