Urgent hiring for the role of HRBP with a leading Media Conglomerate for Delhi & Mumbai

- Drive the HR strategy for the Functions focusing on the Strategic HR tenets ; Attract Right Talent, Performance & Innovation Driven Culture, Enrich & Engage Talent, Organizational Effectiveness.

- The person should be able to execute the various initiatives as per the HR strategy in consultation with functional head & Editors.

- He/she will be responsible for ensuring employee life cycle management with an objective to retain talent and drive high-performance culture

- Ability to communicate effectively with the business, excellent communication skills; ability to influence and showing leadership skills; having knowledge of the business; a combination of strategic HRBP and also willing to do the transactional part of HRBP. Ready to learn and adapt easily.
