- Looking for an HRBP with end to end Employee Life Cycle experience including Hiring, preferably with media experience. Urgent Joining required. Recruitment & Manpower planning : - Employer branding, leveraging social media handles, LinkedIn, iimjobs, etc to attracting prospective employees through social media handles - Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle across five locations (Sourcing, candidate evaluation, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, offer closure, on-boarding, welcome mailers, induction sessions, KPI updation, exit) - Reviewing resumes and applications received through job posts on social media, conducting interviews, closing the loop by giving feedback to the candidates. - Conducting new joiners HR induction & handholding them throughout. - Build the company's professional network through maintaining relationships with colleges for effective campus hiring. - Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/ certificates from compliance perspective. - Using LinkedIn for staying abreast with all the latest industry updates. - Managing applicants by maintaining hiring trackers. - Gather and understand from external market best HR practices to further improve the recruitment process. - Ensuring budget compliance for each hire. - Talent management - Succession planning - bench creation, retention bonus payouts, etc - Handle employee grievances / disciplinary actions. - Coordinating for employee training and development initiatives. - Communicating and explaining the organizations HR policies to employees. - Visited campus for MT hiring and ensured seamless interview process. - Managing employee probation confirmation cases. - Engagement - Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders. - Support in product trainings, fresh eye induction, etc. - Support Senior leadership on employee engagement initiatives. - HR Processes - Performance appraisal cycle, mid year & Objective setting. - Partner with line managers in respective regions for performance management process. - Implement policies, drive organization agenda. - Participating in special HR projects & new initiatives
