- Work with business leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies.

- Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

- Implementation of Learning & Development Culture

- Coaching & Mentoring of the Team.

MBA HR full time with 5 to 6 years of Regional HR experience in any multi branch business.
