Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Manufacturing / Warehousing
Job Description:
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations through effective HR management.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement within the warehouse workforce.
- Organize regular team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms to foster a positive work culture.
Grievance Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving employee grievances related to warehouse operations.
- Conduct thorough investigations into complaints and ensure fair and timely resolutions under company policies and legal regulations.
Attrition Management:
- Analyze attrition trends and identify underlying causes to develop effective retention strategies.
Hiring and Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment plans for warehouse positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a qualified and diverse pool of talent.
Retention Strategies:
- Develop and implement retention strategies to encourage high-performing employees to stay with the company.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees and identify areas for improvement.
Manpower Budgeting:
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to develop and manage the warehouse manpower budget.
- Monitor staffing costs and identify opportunities for optimization while ensuring adequate manpower levels to meet operational requirements.
Disciplinary Issues:
- Provide guidance and support to supervisors/managers in handling disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspensions, and terminations.
