Job Description :
- The incumbent will be responsible for business partnering with the global R&D centre of a European MNC. The role involves strategic inputs as well as daily operations.
- 10 -14 years of experience in Recruitment, Learning &; Development, Career Progression, Performance Management &; Compensation &; Benefit with major MNC's in India. (person from Manufacturing set-up would be added advantage)
- Support in preparing HR budget and its execution as per plan
- To be able to initiate changes in HR process and bring new and contemporary HR practices as applicable in the organization
- Able to introduce new policies and monitor progress of implemented policies to suggest changes thereof
- Identifies, promotes and implements best demonstrated HR practices and supports the implementation of other best- demonstrated practices across the organization
- Continue the adherence to the current process and policies
- Responsible for first level salary review proposal. Collating of data for Bonus/Salary review. Seek inputs from HOD's / MTM/s, review ratings etc
- Should have experience in conducting compensation survey, understanding the reports, presenting to the management and provide support in taking appropriate actions
- Provides assistance, guidance and tools necessary to select, retain and develop adequately qualified employees
- Responsible for selection / getting right candidates on the board and supporting in the end to end recruitment process.
- Full time MBA is a must have
- Excellent stakeholder management is required
