HR Business Partner - Manufacturing/Pharma/FMCG

- Looking for Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) role with Masters in human resources and good at managing Labour Relations.

- Ideally looking for candidates with 9 to 12 years of experience for a Pharma company.

Location: Goa

- The Site People Experience (Px) Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of all People Experience(Px) Client Facing services for the Goa site.

- The incumbent is required to support all leaders at site along with their leadership team in driving culture building, talent planning, labour and employee relations, learning agility and employee life cycle events. The incumbent will also be responsible for client facing of PGS colleagues in Mumbai.

- The incumbent will work in close partnership with Global PGS People Experience(Px), India People Experience(Px) Teams and People Experience(Px) centers of expertise to ensure that programs and processes delivered are aligned with People Experience(Px) strategies.
