HR Business Partner - Manufacturing/Infrastructure

HR Business Partner/ SBU HR (Gurgaon): Engineer + MBA with minimum 8 years of experience in HR partnering with an excellent track record for a very large organization. A position is based out of Gurgaon.

Key responsibilities:

- Help draw HR strategy for the SBU

- Facilitate end to end HR for the SBU

- Advise SBU head and function heads on people matters

- Facilitate growth through key HR interventions

- Establish HR Processes in the SBU

- Manage HR budgets
