Key Responsibilities :
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary liaison between the HR function and external as well as internal stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate HR policies, changes, and initiatives to maintain positive relationships.
Talent Brand Building:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the organization's talent brand.
- Showcase the company as an employer of choice through various channels.
Top Talent Retention:
- Implement retention programs to safeguard and nurture top talent during the business transition.
- Work closely with leadership to identify and address key talent needs.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee relations environment.
- Address employee concerns and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to drive individual and organizational excellence.
- Develop strategies for employee recognition and rewards.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the attraction of top-tier talent.
- Implement talent management strategies, including onboarding, career development, and succession planning.
Business Transition Leadership:
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with the evolving needs of the business.
