Our client is a global leader in specialty films which are used for flexible packaging, lamination, labelling and industrial applications, and is looking to hire a HR Business Partner. The role is based in Aurangabad and reports to the VP- Human Resources
Your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Develop HR strategy for all the manufacturing units in discussion with manufacturing Head, with an alignment of HR processes to overall organization strategy
- Facilitate senior management at unit level to set their own goals, focus on the HR priorities, drive unit / people growth facilitate discussion on sensitive people issues
- To drive the HR initiatives like manufacturing HR audits, new process implementation and people feedback and process revision
- Execution of Engagement & Wellness activities as per HQ calendar & ensuring the target engagement level in Employee Engagement Survey & Pulse Survey
- Collaborate with business leaders to improve existing recruiting and retention processes and help initiate scalable changes to the current recruiting strategy
- To ensure sustainable and cordial Human/Industrial relation at plant and management of internal & external environment
- To monitor performance assessment of the employees and control attrition
As a successful candidate:
- MBA/PGDM degree from a good Bschool
- You come with 7-16 years of relevant HRBP experience
- Have expertise in stakeholder management and liaising with top management and cross functional units
- Experience is Manufacturing/Plant roles will be preferred
