HR Business Partner - Manufacturing Firm

Designation - HR Business Partner (Individual Contributor role)

Experience - 6+ Years in HR Generalist/HRBP role

Location - Hyderabad (6 Days Working), plant is located near Hyderabad Airport and the incumbent is expected to stay close to the plant or manage travel on their own as no transportation facility is provided.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- To implement HR Policies, processes, procedures and initiatives- in lined with global HR direction and initiatives.

- To partner with Stakeholders and local line managers to ensure basic HR processes are in place and are followed.

- Drive capability building and talent management interventions as per guidelines from HO

- Manage Recruitment process; enable Hiring managers to find the right people for the right position

- Manage and Support current Appraisal system and process; Annual Appraisals , PMS

- Manage HRMS and ensure it to provide accurate information; Provide monthly, quarterly reports.
