HR Business Partner - Manufacturing

Position : HRBP - (Manufacturing)

Location : Bengaluru

- Looking for candidates with 7 -12 yrs of experience, in managing end to end HR activities of one or multiple manufacturing units.

- Ensure the implementation, administration, and compliance of Human Resources policies, programs and practices

- Work closely with the Manufacturing Unit Heads in acheveing the Objectives

- Handling recruitment, manpower planning and on boarding processes

- Handling Talent Management programs & L&D

- Managing PMS

- Implementation of HR Programs and initiatives.

- Meeting the SLAs related to HR issues

- Handle employee grievances effectively

- Maintain cordial Employee Relations in the plant

- Compliance with all labor laws

- Handle wage settlements and wage negotiations with union

The incumbent should have excellent verbal and written communication. He/ She should be a good team player and should have excellent interpersonal skills. Needs to be conceptually strong on all aspects of HR.
