Job Description

- The incumbent will be taking care of entire HR gamut.

- Will be responsible for making strategic decisions keeping in mind the HR aspect within the organisation.

- Should be having exposure in HR Generalist domain.

- Will be responsible for delivering of HR strategies in line with the business objectives.

- Should be having a positive attitude towards difficult situations.

- Should be having decent exposure into HR domain.

- Should be able to make decisions for the entire business.

- Should have excellent communication skills.

- Should be able to take various HR initiatives to support business needs.

- Should be able to coach managers on how to handle various issues related to HR

Desired Candidate Profile:

- The desired incumbent must have the relevant experience in HR for atleast 6 - 8 years and should be holding a post graduation degree in MBA from top B- schools.
