- Responsible for Human Resource activities and supporting the Business by recruiting, developing and retaining the right caliber to become the best place to work for in the industry.
- Guide the development and enhancing high performance culture in the organization. Ensure that HR is aligned to Business priorities and growth plans and that the employees are aligned and follow the company's HR policies and procedures.
His/her main contribution and account abilities will be :
- Advising and providing recommendations to the management with regard to manpower realignment and resource allocation.
- Analyzing key business metrics like attrition and recommending actions for leaders and partnering with business.
- Identifying High Potential talents and actively participating in designing career progression and succession plan for key positions.
- Identifying training needs and developing and implementing a training plan
- Managing the personnel cost and ensuring the same are well within the budget
- Providing validated data for Payroll process for respective target employees
