Job Description

- This role entails end to end responsibility for the HR function. You will be responsible for reviewing the frameworks, processes and policies along with the leadership team. This is a senior position that will lead the C&B, HRIS, OD initiatives for the organisation

Profile

- The successful candidate comes with 6-10 years of relevant experience.

- Strong knowledge and proven expertise in C&B, HRIS implementation, L&D and PMS is a must have.

- Excellent stakeholder management and effective communication skills are critical.
