Our Client is Hiring HRBP in Delhi Location Experience : 6 - 15 Years Function : Human Resources Vacancy : 1 Job Description : - Supporting the conceptualization &amp; design of HR strategic initiatives specific to the function s/he is supporting and help to drive the same - Engage regularly with all function heads to understand business specific needs &amp; drive people agenda - Support all recruitment initiatives completely &amp; work with central teams to define better sourcing strategies Drive the following strategic initiatives in the function: - Diversity hiring and retention - Overall retention strategies - Any other defined from time to time - Acts as an employee champion by ensuring the following: - Implementation of all engagement activities - Manage employee grievances &amp; employee queries appropriately As HR Generalist for the function, deliver on the following for all managers &amp; employees as required - Employee Relstions - Coaching &amp; Counselling - Performance Management &amp; Appraisal support - Training support, including identification of needs &amp; design/identifiaction of appropriate programs - Career Counselling / Career Development - Support communication process within the function to ensure consistency of culture, values and experience among employees - Manage payroll activities including attendance, leave, payroll inputs etc. Manage processes like: - Statutory Compliance - Define &amp; Support the collection of relevant data for meaningful analysis - PMS - R&amp;R - Insurance - Others as defined from time to time - Monitor and manage the HR budget to ensure optimization of resources - Complete responsibility for all HR documentation as required - Provide feedback to HR leadership on critical HR issues in the function - Be aware of and comply with his/her safety responsibilities and accountability- as laid down in the organization's SMS Manual, Chapter Safety Policy, and Objectives Working Days: 5 Days a Week ( to ) Job Nature : Full Time
