- Be the voice and single point of contact of the function
- Partner with the business and transcend the business goals
- Be an independent advisor to Business Head
- Ideation to implementation of new initiatives through data intuition and discussions.
- Control Cost through Manpower Budgeting, lower attrition, and enhancing employee productivity.
- Own organization chart as well as work on succession planning
- Own & drive performance review process
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances
- Resolve employee escalations within TAT and within the policy framework
- Ensure proper onboarding of the new joiners and draw a clear picture of their KRAs & KPIs
