Role Purpose : Partner with Managers and employees to enable team and individual effectiveness.

Accountabilities :

- Key Advisor to Business Leaders on all matters relating to people and talent development.

- Partner in creating a diverse and inclusive environment.

- Guide overall implementation of HR plans and strategies.

- Establish a talent road map.

Ideal Candidate : Masters Degree in HR with atleast 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner with a complex and high growth organization.
