We have very urgent HR position in one of BEST INSURANCE organizations across the following location
BASE LOCATION: Delhi
OFFERED CTC negotiable; fixed approx + incentives; depending upon current CTC.
POSITION - HR Business partner generalist North zone [ Bancassurance channel ]
Reporting: ZONAL Head HR [ All channels ]
INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE:-
Will be handling HR activities of all branches in the assigned territory.
- Manpower planning, New Sources of Hiring, Maintaining source mix, audit check, background verification, Induction Ensuring complete hiring and documentations compliance ( FLS via SPOC and NFLS via HR team) .
- Verification of documents during joining.
- Driving Non-fee Product Mix. Designing various Referral programs.Induction and Coordination with L&D Team on designing and implementation of various Developmental programs for the employees.
- Controlling Attrition for the Region - Data Analysis on various exit parameters, aligning stakeholders for retention, showcasing business impact, Highlighting Retention Champs.
- Performance tracking and improvement along with joint connect with stakeholders. Performance Management - Driving Probation Milestone, Annual CMS, Sales Team Appraisal & Recognition.
- Development of internal Talent Pool - Designing and Imparting training to develop the leaders which enable them to handle the team.
- Separate Training programs and connect with vintage and new joinees to developing future leaders.
- Employee Engagement - Culture Programs, CSR Activities, Annual Management Connect.
- Driving Value's in the Region via Value Guardian concept, Induction for the same Driving Projects - Reducing Hiring TAT, Support function Induction Program, Automated Compliance Tracking, Mapping of Cost Center with Transfers.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- The person should be into a Generalist HR Profile/ HR Business Partner profile.
- Good knowledge of latest HR practices
- MBA mandatory. [ reputed Bschool preferred ].
Travel: Yes ( within a zone ).
INDUSTRY : BFSI / Retail / Telecom / FMCG / Durables / Ecommerce etc . ANY EQUIVALENT INDUSTRY .
